Why are some great LA restaurants in weird locations?
If there's a good reason to use your car in LA, it's to eat. When I lived there, my parking space was so tight, I hit the wall getting out at least 100 times. If I was going to use my car for anything, it would be for fooood (said in a Homer Simpson voice).
Also, when I first moved to LA, I was obsessed with the fact so many notable restaurants were in strange, off-the-radar places, so I wrote a story about it for Bon Appetit magazine. This story was written back in 2014 and, since, I'll have to add Rossoblu in the Fashion District (where?) and Pizzana in Brentwood (really?) to the mix. They're definitely worthy of this list of great restaurants. To see the others, click here!
