Eating three (yes, THREE) pizzas at Pizzana in LA
Guys. Seriously. I have a problem. It's pizza. Good pizza. Pizza where the yeast is fermented for 24-hours, made in-house, San Marzano tomatoes are imported from Italy, the wood-fired oven is one-of-a-kind/custom-made and the crust is charred. Help. My friend and I came to check out Pizzana in Brentwood. It opened last month, and it's basically now the best pizza joint in Los Angeles. That's a huge statement, but when the pizza is so good you order THREE different kinds, I whole-heartedly back that statement.
